The house consists of 8 rooms in different sizes (4 upper bedrooms with comfortable double beds; 2 single rooms, one with a private toilet and shared terrace; 2 master bedrooms with large double beds, one with a shared terrace); 4 modern bathrooms with showers; and a huge communal area where you can meet new people, work on your laptop, and create new collaborations.

The common area has a large and equipped kitchen, dining room, relaxation zone, and wide garage doors that you can open to get some sun and enjoy the neighborhood vibe. The following services and amenities are included:
– Fully equipped kitchen and microwave oven.
– Access to common areas.
– Terrace and different working spaces.
– Cooking thematic dinners.
– Furnished comfortable rooms with your wardrobe and desks.

Note that we usually organize 1 or 2 community events per month.
