This marvelous bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon offers comfort and design. It has plenty of household equipment, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows…).

The flatshare is strategically located in the “Monchat” neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Many public transports, restaurants, shops are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #4 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery… The flat also has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, electricity, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration…)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Charming brick houses and gardens make Lacassange – Montchat, in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, feel like a little French village. The calm, suburban atmosphere makes it one of the rare neighbourhoods in the greater Lyon area which still has its old charm, with its vast green spaces like the George Bazin park and the Chambovet park (which offers an outstanding panoramic view of the city as well as the cathedral on Fourvière hill). Many organic fruit-and-veg markets are held in the area, in addition to the traditional market of the Château de Montchat – a building which itself dates from the 16th century and nowadays is used as function rooms for business seminars and festive events. Montchat is also close to Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which is home to one of Europe’s largest shopping centres and the main public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, trains, buses, trams, coaches…). Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
d’allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.

Deposit : 900€
