The flatshare is strategically located in the “Guillotière” neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #5 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a large kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, kettle, crockery, microwave, pans, toaster
It also has an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush
Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, housing insurance.
