This marvelous private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It comes with plenty of household equipment, including a double bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your luggage to make this place your own! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows…).

The flatshare is strategically located in the “Prefecture” neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several public transports, shops, restaurants are accessible nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fitted kitchen with fridge, toaster, pans, kitchen ustensils, kettle, microwave, crockery… It also has a washing machine, a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, electricity, condominium fees, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration…)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The beating heart of the Préfecture neighbourhood in the 3rd arrondissement is the place Guichard which hosts every weekend a fruit-and-veg market. Decorating the square with its colourful mural is the impressive Bourse du Travail, former trade union centre converted into theatre and concert hall. The area, where this superb furnished flatshare is located, is brought to life by its many charming little squares bordered by popular cafés, bars, restaurants and brasseries – if a night in is more your thing, grab some freshly-prepared delicacies from the famous Halles Paul Bocuse. Situated next to the Quais du Rhône neighbourhood, you have immediate access to its many barges, bars and restaurants as well as leisure activites (outdoor pool, skatepark, football and pétanque fields). Just a few minutes’ walk east is Part Dieu, Lyon’s business district, which accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres and the city’s main transport hub (trains, buses, trams, subway, airport shuttle…).

d’allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.

Deposit : 900€
