The house belongs to Los Yoses’s 1960s modernist wave. One of architect Enrique Maroto’s gems, this two-story house has many spaces designed to provide a balance between privacy and social leisure.
– Each floor has its own living room with a TV for watching your favorite media. The kitchen is equipped with ample storage space, 8 gas burners, two refrigerators, two washing stations, and all the appliances necessary to cook your way to health.
– Social spaces include a lounge in the garage equipped with an amazing sound system, a multi-purpose room we use for ping-pong tournaments, yoga and dance lessons, a balcony with two gas BBQs, and a backyard terrace perfect for working out in the sun.
– Speaking of backyards, ours is huge. The property has 250 m2 of yard space. Our backyard holds 4 vegetable beds where we grow our own greens, a slackline to practice one’s balance, and a fire pit to cook on embers.
– The house has 13 rooms ranging from our largest 30 m2 premium room to our basic 6 m2 room. All rooms come furnished with Queen beds, desks, reading lamps, and ample closet space. The best thing about our rooms is that all of them enjoy tons of ventilation and natural light.
