At this property, you have your own bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. In addition to this, every apartment shares modern and larger areas, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and much more.

All rentals per month (Start date is always the 1st. Move out date is always the last day of the month).
All rentals require a starter kit, invoiced by us after signed contract (includes a mattress topper and a mattress cover, price: 900 SEK – 1200 SEK depending on the size of the bed).

THE COLIVING APARTMENT
The private rooms are partially furnished, which means that there is a bed with good storage, wardrobes, and a ceiling lamp. This gives you, as a tenant, the opportunity to add your personal touch to the room. Each room has a private bathroom, and there is also a shared bathroom in the apartment.
Common areas consist of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and balconies.
The common areas are fully furnished, from furniture to cutlery, so that it is smooth and easy to move in. All coliving apartments have a dishwasher.
COMMON ASSETS
Hangout: a generous common space on the ground floor that offers a lounge area, work spaces, and the possibilities for gathering for movie nights or dinners. A southwest-facing outdoor space adjacent to the Hangout.
Fully equipped guest apartment to rent by visitors (adjacent to the Hangout)
The entire hub is connected to broadband from Telenor, and WiFi with good signal is included in all coliving apartments. The Hangout is connected to a separate smart WiFi.
Indoor bike storage
Laundry room with several laundry towers on the ground floor is shared with everyone in the hub.
Extra storage can be rented.
