At this property, you have your own bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. In addition to this, every apartment shares modern and larger areas, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and much more.

All rentals per month (Start date is always the 1st. Move out date is always the last day of the month).
All rentals require a starter kit, invoiced by us after signed contract (includes a mattress topper, mattress cover and shower curtain, price: 950 SEK – 1250 SEK depending on the size of the bed).

THE COLIVING APARTMENT
The private rooms are partially furnished, which means that there is a bed with good storage, wardrobes, and a ceiling lamp. This gives you, as a tenant, the opportunity to add your personal touch to the room. Each room has a private bathroom, and there is also a shared bathroom in the apartment.
Common areas consist of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and balconies.
The common areas are fully furnished, from furniture to cutlery, so that it is smooth and easy to move in. All coliving apartments have a dishwasher.
COMMON ASSETS
Hangout: a common area for all colivers that offers lounge spaces, workplaces, and the opportunity for joint events.
A laundry lounge with several washing machines is located in connection with the hangout and is shared by everyone in the hub.
Bicycle storage room.
