Our coliving space is centrally located: on side are the Venice canals / boardwalk / beach and on the other side is Abbot Kinney with amazing food and shopping. We’re 5 minutes away from the beach on foot!
The property has 10 parking spaces, a huge grassy backyard, full court basketball, volleyball, ping pong, bicycles, hammock, and picnic tables.
Inside the coliving space are custom-built pods with stairways instead of ladders, personal night light, outlets with USB, storage area, sheets and towel.
Inside our 10-bed bedroom, we have a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and a lounge area. The cheaper rate means you sleep in a bunk-bed rather than a pod, but you still have access to all of our common areas + amenities. 🙂
The common areas include lockers, conference room, TV room with theater seating, 2 kitchens (some free food in the “shared” section), showers with free toiletries, fast WIFI, and iMac computers.
We uphold strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, and do not permit non-registered guests, nor covering the pods for privacy. The entire property is co-ed.
