XploreGEO is a dynamic real-world travel adventure game that fuses the excitement of virtual gaming with physical world exploration. It’s designed for adventurers who love to explore, offering a thrilling, immersive experience as they embark on quests around the globe. Using the XploreGEO app, players can “check-in” at various physical locations, known as markers, which are integral parts of each quest.
Another exciting server offered via our app is XploreGEO’s ConQUEST transforms event (trade shows, conventions, and festivals) participation into an engaging adventure. Attendees converse with booth staff, scan QR codes to check-in, and earn points. They tackle challenge questions for bonus points from the same vendor before moving on. Hidden venue QR codes offer extra points, boosting leaderboard rankings. Flash mob quests bring attendees together, fostering camaraderie while racking up points and enhancing event enjoyment.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Remote CommissionBased Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in launching our service, ConQUEST. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about making a significant impact in the event industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on event organizers globally.
Present and promote the benefits and unique features of ConQUEST to prospective clients through virtual meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the XploreGEO team to understand product developments and service enhancements.
Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help shape future updates and offerings.
Achieve sales targets as detailed during the interview process (specific targets will be provided).
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the event industry or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
Selfmotivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and clients effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is highly desirable.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Compensation
This position is commission based, offering competitive rates to reward high performance. The commission structure will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
